Summary: My husband and I had the most amazing time on our private chocolate-making tour! From the very beginning, our first host made us feel welcome and excited to explore the world of chocolate right on the cocoa farm and plantation. The experience was both fun and educational — we learned about the origins of cacao and the entire cocoa-making process. Later, we entered the chocolate factory, where the hostess walked us through the steps of making chocolate and guided us through hands-on activities like tempering and molding our own custom creations. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and clearly passionate about her craft. And of course, the chocolate was absolutely delicious — rich, high-quality, and bursting with flavor. It was a truly remarkable and enjoyable experience, one we’ll never forget!

Summary: This was one of the highlights of our trip to Saint Lucia ! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by a passionate team at a small, family-run cocoa estate nestled in the heart of nature. Clinton guided us through the entire visit with passion, humor, and generosity. He made every step engaging and easy to understand, from growing the cacao trees to the final stages of chocolate production. It was fascinating to see how each phase, harvesting, fermenting, drying, roasting, contributes to the rich and complex flavor of the chocolate. Clinton was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We also loved the demonstration of cocoa dancing, a traditional method still used today, a fun and meaningful moment rooted in local heritage. After that, Cornelia led us through the creation of our very own chocolate bars. She was simply amazing, warm, attentive, and a great teacher. She made the experience even more enjoyable and memorable. To top it all off, we enjoyed a delicious locally inspired meal in a welcoming and authentic atmosphere. This is a truly tasty, educational, and heartwarming experience. You can feel the love for the craft, the connection to nature, and the desire to share a piece of Saint Lucian culture. Summary: Wonderful experience! The private tour was so nice to have and felt super 1:1 with it being just us and our chocolatier! Great value and you get to see the real history behind chocolate making in St. Lucia. The tour and grounds felt very local and not commercialized, which we enjoyed. Would recommend to anyone wanting to do a chocolate tour and make your own bars to bring home.
